Thank You!! and What's Coming for the Horde!!

"I want to thank everycat (and woofies) who came to celebrate my Gotcha Day!!  Here is another picture of me when I first got here."

"I was curious about the woofies next door."

"I still want to go outside with the boys!"

"But I never mind sleeping with my twin brother of another mother!  Mom decided to do another retrospective because she needs to get a new battery for the new camera.  The one that came with it isn't charging!!  I'd like to ask too, iffen anyone has a spare green paper, we have a donate button that would help pay back mom for the new toys that are coming!  Look down below for what we're getting!!"

In 4-7 business days the Horde will get:
1 -  Cat Napper Window Perch (we think she should have gotten 2!!)
1 - Cataction Magnicat Toy (we're not sure what that is but the picture looks interesting)
7 - new toys (mom wouldn't tell us what they were so everycat has to wait until they get here!
5 - different flavors of GREENIES!!!  (GO MOM!)
3 - Gimpet Cat Grass (we're not sure if that's as good as outdoor grass but we're willing to give it a go)

In 8-13 business days the Horde will get:
1 - Happy Habitat Cat Tent (mom says we won't use that until spring but Audrey's not sure if she'll like it.  Star is betting Zaphy that mom will put it down on the floor some so Audrey gets used to it now.)
1 - Dreamworld Banalona Cat Tree (we only have one tree now and mom says we need more)
1 - Dreamworld Altea Platinum Gray Cat Tree (so that makes three trees altogether)

Oh, and mom got more stinky Pernicious Flea stuff too but we don't like talking about that.

PS There is a little kitten named Baker who needs YOUR HELP!!  He fell!!  His Feeder needs ~$600 (twice what mom spent!) and you can donate at kitten rescue or feral cat behavior.  Mom is going to donate a few greens papers too and we'd love for you to do so as well if you have some to spare.  Thanks!

How Audrey Is Doing Today

"I'm feeling better this morning but I didn't want to write until after mean ole' mommy had given me my meds and taken my temperature.  My temperature is down to 102.8!  I'm purring and wanting mom and everyone to pet and love on me and boy oh boy do I want OUT of the bedroom!!  But mean ole' mommy won't let me out until I use the kitty litter.  Mean ole' mommy!!  She's about to force me to drink water!!  She knows I drank some out of the toilet (and daddy went ick ick ick!!) but she hasn't seen me drink out of the bowl.  She's going to bring in one of the fountains to see if that helps encourage me."

"I want to thank everycat and their Feeders who sent me purrs and prayers!!  I and my Feeders think that's why I got to feeling better SO quickly.  Trust me, it had nothing to do with those shots that Dr. Alexander made me take!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!"

"Mom put this fountain into her bathroom, so I had real water!!
I drank tons and tons and tons!!"

Only One More Day to Sparkles!!

"Do you think Sparkles will like to run
up and down the hall with me?"

"I was going to let her play with my Christmas
toy but Mister Kitten broked it!!"

"This is how I will groom her.  It is very
important to get the head and ears kept clean!!"

"Is she here yet??  Tomorrow?  Okay.  What's that??  Noodle & Olive are sending us their old water fountain!  They never drank out of it but just used it for meditation.  We had a Catit® fountain but the pump died and mom can't find the old pump to be able to replace it.
Thank you Noodle & Olive!!!"

"We are already Tims and Sparkles is already a Princess.  It's important to spay and neuter.  It makes us all healthier and helps reduce the number of furfriends who need new homes!"

Thanks Kat!! Have a Great Weekend!!

"Mom's soul sister sent Clister some green papers and then sent some more to force mom to go to Angel Food Ministries and buy a box of food.  Thank you Kat!!  We are purring & praying for you too!!"

"She's been dealing with taking care of her dad who's been in the hospital since September 28th when he had a ruptured 10 mm aneurysm basically blew up his aorta.  He had to have his leg taken off pretty high (among his other surgeries) and has just been moved to a rehab hospital.  No one thought he would survive but he is a very very strong and determined person... like his daughter."

"So today we are all having a nap in her honor.  Thanks again Kat!!"

"This card's for you"

Boy, Did I Fubar That One!!

I was planning to move the Breast Cancer Awareness into it's own section.  ::head:laptop::  I got it moved and then accidentally erased it.  gah!  This means that I have to put it back in bit by bit.  Ergo, I'll be working on that first.  However, they finally got the 2011 calendars up!!  blah.

Star seems to be doing better.  There aren't large bumps anymore.  OTOH I haven't seen any pus come out.  On one hand, he seems to be feeling better, he's been taking his antibiotics.  On the other hand, I'm not sure if he needs to see the vet again, especially since we can't afford it (BTW thanks again to everyone who contributed!!  Your contributions got us to within ~$1 of Star's bill!!).  He's still sleeping a lot.  If I could find a working camera I'd take some new pictures, but of course, it's gone missing!!  What a week!!  I've had one teacher for each kid get in touch with me about things they need to do to keep from getting Fs for the first six weeks.  And, once again, it's not that they haven't done the work, they just haven't turned it in.  Gah!!  I need a vacation!  At any rate, today I'll leave you with one of my favorite Breast Cancer Awareness graphics, which will probably be going up in the store some time today.

Which reminds me, I should make some of the long bumper stickers.  Oh!  Did you know that the rectangular & oval stickers are made out of the same material as the bumper stickers??  I think that is soooo cool.

Happy Kats!!

I spent the night last night in the local hospital.  I had some chest pain but it turned out to be esophageal.  Or at least that's what the doc thinks at this point.  Dale said that Da Boys were all hanging around the bed distraught.  Most especially Star, who was quite upset.  Of course, this may have been due to the severe lack of treats.  ::grin::

My sweet Star baby!!

I got home to three boxes of pressies!!  Yay!  One was from eBay with two new computer mice.  One is working fine and I need instructions to get the other one to work.  The second one was from Sock Dreams.  YES!  My black OTK tube socks and my three pack of gray quarter crew bamboo socks.  mmmmmmm bamboo.  But the last one I opened... the pièce de résistance... was a pressie from Amy & her Kitties!!  Enough Frontline to last the Teenage Mutant Ninja Kitty Horde through July (well I'll need one in July but still!!) which I knew were coming... but there were also mousies!!!  Star noticed them at once and began investigating.  He immediately decided that one of the mice was His Mouse.  It's a soft natural color with a rope type tail.  He's already carried it off!!  Thanks Amy!!  Thanks Kitties!!  The Teenage Mutant Ninja Kitties say "Mousies!!!  Purrrrrrrrr!!!  Meeeeooooommmmm!!!  Why are you putting That Stuff on us again?!"  ::grin::  It took five minutes to get Thomas to eat treats after having Frontline put on!

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Kitty Horde says,
"Thanks for taking care of the fleas and things!!"
