Mom's still ticked about having lost some of our graphics from the store. Oh! And there are some new bead pictures on Mom's bead page!

Memory Lane...

 We've had lots of sad news lately in the Cat Blogosphere. This one hit me hard because Casper, as you can see, reminds me so much of my own dear Sir Thomas of Snuggle. Thomas went missing in action on July 9th, 2011. I pray that he just went on walkabout and found a new home. He was a healthy neutered male. But on the other hand, he's the twin of Zaphoid Beeblebrox and they were born July 8th, 1997 to a feral mother (taken in by a friend of mine who was allergic to cats, mom showed up on her doorstep heavy laden). When I heard about Casper it made me think of Thomas and so today is a memory day. Thomas was the inspiration (with a little help from Star who was his padawan) for the Annual Everycat Sleeping Contest which runs in November. He was the Boss of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Kitty Horde and demanded all of my attention. I miss him dearly and I keep expecting him to turn up.

and then we end with some good news... Finn did come home!

 "Come on mom, I need you to..."

 "What was it I needed you to do?"

 "Darn it! Now I can't remember!!"

 "Wait a minute! Isn't it your turn to write the weekly report?"

"Shhhhhhh.... don't tell anyone!!"
