Look Mom!! A string!! I can has it?!?
Last night I had Star and Zaphoid for footwarmers. Then Thomas came up and curled up beside me while Mister Kitten draped himself across my calves. Soooooo sweet!! I just wished it had worked! I'm afraid I didn't get a wink of real sleep last night. I just dozed all night. Oddly enough, I don't feel very tired right now, but just wait until later! The kids go to their father's house today where they will celebrate Corwyn's birthday with that side of the family. It will be interesting to see what kind of loot he comes home with!
I need to call the vet to find out when the rabies clinic is going to be held. It's the only way that I can afford to get da boys their shots. Getting their rabies shots is EXTREMELY important and I feel that is true even if a cat is purely an indoor cat. I wish I could afford to go ahead & get flea stuff from the doc but alas, that's out of the budget for right now. I will NOT buy the OTC stuff because it is HIGHLY dangerous. Bad, yuck, ick, phoohy! Seriously, it can kill your kitty!! Dooooo noooooot uuuuuuuuuuse!!! Before I ever heard anything about it I had a kitty start to get sick. I immediately took the collar off of the cat, and off of the other cats, and then called the vet. The vet confirmed the danger of the collars. Okay, getting off my soapbox now.
When I get the shirt for this one, this is the shirt I'm gonna get!! Oh yeah, momma!!!
Cats do make great foot warmers! Derry likes to cuddle with me under the covers at night, but I can't sleep with him like that, so either have to move him or wait till he moves on his own, before I can fall asleep.
ReplyDeleteCats can be great for staying warm, but the somehow manage to sleep right where it makes it hard for the humans - at least that is how it works at our house!
ReplyDeleteMy husband will just move the cats but I have trouble doing that.
