LIVESTRONG - in particular Breast Cancer

"Hello!  I'm yellow so I'm being the Offious... what?  Oh!  Official Spokescat for Livestrong Day.  Please celebrate & support Cancer Survivors & Research as well as those Health Care Providers and Patients dealing with Cancer right now.  Mom has a special section up for Breast Cancer Awareness because it's Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  Normally these are found under Medical Expressions.  That's because mom's family has a history of post-menopausal Breast Cancer.  But mom messed up trying to put them in their own section this year and so she's having to put them in by hand.  meh.  There are five more that need to go in, one says 'Teach children about breast cancer' with Parent/Kitten Cat, one says 'I'm racing for breast cancer' with Chair Cat.  The others are versions of

'support breast cancer research' like this one!."

"Now mom has to take Corwyn to some kind of singing audition.  What is that??"

I Helped Dad!!

"I am a hero cat!  Last night dad came home after his Pink Floyd tribute band practice.  I got up on mom's lap (I was wanting to make her go to sleep because she hasn't been going to sleep very well).  And I kept staring and staring and staring at dad.  Mom asked him when the last time he'd checked his sugar was (dad's been Type 1 diabetic for about 38 years).  He was very vaugue and said his kit was in his car.  Mom kept telling him that I was staring at him and she was worried.  Mom and I were right too!!  Once she got him to check his sugars were 377!!  Mommy is a good mommy for listening to me!  I am very proud of her."

Bleh. Bleh. Bleh. Oh and make that bleh as well.

"Uhmmmm, mom doesn't feel good and we're keeping her out of the kitchen 'cus her tummy's upset.  In fact, we won't even go in her bedroom because WE don't want our tummies to be upset.  But mommy still managed to get up the two special Hanukkah cards up.

She said for us to ask anyone who sees

a mistake to let her know about it."

"Mom's got more stuff to put up in Winter Holidays but she also wants to get up stuff in Breast Cancer Awareness.  So she'll probably do the two special Kwanzaa cards & a couple of Santa cards, then some more BCA cards before finishing the Winter Holiday stuff.

Mom needs to make her own appointment.
